We’re excited to share that we received an Impact Grant from the Community Foundation Serving Howard, Clinton & Carroll Counties to support and expand our Mobile Outreach program! This funding will help us continue bringing essential resources and support directly into the communities we serve—and we’re so grateful to the community partners who help make this work possible.
