Julian L. Gallegos, Ph.D., MBA, FNP-BC, CNL, FAUNA, a men’s health provider, understands the sensitivity associated with common conditions that affect adult men (18 years old and above). These are personal issues that significantly impact a man’s well-being, and it can be difficult for men to find an environment in which they can discuss them openly. Our goal is for men to build strong, lasting relationships with our men’s health provider.

Because male health concerns can sometimes be symptoms of chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, obesity or psychological problems such as depression, our men’s health provider screens for these and other underlying health problems, we can arrange referrals to specialists as needed.

Treatments

• Common primary care health conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, sexually transmitted infections
• Sexual dysfunction includes erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and low libido
• Low testosterone, often referred to as testosterone deficiency, hypogonadism, andropause, and androgen deficiency in the aging male (A.D.A.M.)
• Enlarged prostate, also known as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)
• Male incontinence, including lower urinary tract symptoms
• Prostate cancer screening (P.S.A.) and digital rectal exam
