The Family Health Clinic offers patient-focused full service primary care. We offer the following health services so that you have convenient, affordable care close to home.
We offer a comprehensive list of physical exams, including well baby and well child checks, sports physicals, adult physicals and CDL/DOT Physicals. We also do Medicare Annual Wellness Visits.
We are an Indiana Vaccine for Children’s site, which means we give all mandatory vaccines as required by the state of Indiana. For those with no insurance, there is no charge for these vaccines. We also provide vaccines for those who do have insurance, and we bill for these services.
We treat most chronic diseases, including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, cardiovascular disease, obesity, arthritis, thyroid disease, depression, ADHD, and anxiety. Referrals to specialists are made as needed.
We diagnose and treat illnesses in children as well as adults.
Minor procedures are performed, including removal of benign lesions (warts, moles, cysts), as well as biopsies of lesions that warrant further study. Joint injections are done for bursitis, arthritis and tendonitis.
We also offer comprehensive laboratory services, including same day testing for pregnancies, strep cultures, blood sugars, A1C Hemoglobin, hemoglobin, cholesterol, flu, urine testing, and Pro-times/INRs.

In general, we do not treat chronic pain, but would be glad to refer to a pain management clinic.
