Delphi Location

Larrissa attended Texas State University, where she earned her undergraduate degree. After graduation, she took her passion for learning and education into the classroom. Driven to deepen her understanding of mental health, she later completed her Master’s Degree in Counseling.

Since 2017 Larrissa has dedicated herself to the field of education, initially as a teacher and then transitioning into a school counselor. Now as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, she finds immense fulfillment working with individuals across all age groups. Larrissa specializes in providing support to children as young as four, with a particular focus on school-aged clients during traditional school hours. She also offers telehealth sessions for adolescents and adults ages eleven and older.

Larrissa’s treatment philosophy centers around empowering clients to achieve their mental health goals—goals that they set for themselves. She believes in fostering a supportive and nurturing environment, where individuals can explore their thoughts and feelings.

Missy is a graduate of Harrison High School. After graduation, she attended Purdue University and completed her undergraduate degree in Social Work. In 2018, she completed her Master’s Degree in Counseling and is a Licensed Social Worker. She has approximately 25 years of experience working with children and families.

As a Licensed Social Worker, Missy is responsible for providing support, teaching new skills, and helping students to develop coping strategies to ensure they have the highest quality of life that they can, not only at school but also within their families and communities. Working closely with families and school staff to best identify and meet the child’s needs is her primary focus.

Burlington Location

Shonda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a master’s degree in social work in 2019. Shonda has experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and sleep-related challenges. She provides mental health services to all clients aged 10 and older.

Living and working in our local rural community has given her deep insight into the unique barriers people face when seeking mental health care. Shonda believes every person, regardless of location, deserves access to compassionate, evidence-based support.

Shonda’s practice principles are rooted in a strengths-based perspective, empowering clients to recognize their own resilience and build on what is already working. Her goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel supported and healing and growth can be achieved.

Anne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her Master’s degree from Indiana University South Bend in 2020.

She has experience addressing a variety of mental health conditions, including trauma, anxiety, grief, and depression. Anne works with children ten and above and adults.

Anne is passionate about bringing equity and access to rural communities. She offers many different treatment modalities including, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and strives to treat the whole person, focusing on the strengths of each individual client.

Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor. She earned her master’s degree in social work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1997, after completing a bachelor’s degree in psychology at Purdue University. Jennifer specializes in working with adults experiencing substance use disorders and addictions.

She integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in achieving lasting change. Jennifer is committed to meeting clients where they are and creating a nonjudgmental, collaborative space for recovery. She believes in the power of connection, self-compassion, and personalized care throughout the healing journey.

Casey is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who received her master’s degree in counseling with a focus in school counseling from Boise State University. Casey’s background is in higher education and K-12 public education, previously working as a school counselor. 

Her approach to counseling is based on the Alderian model, which focuses on a sense of belonging, connectedness, and cooperation with the world around us. Her counseling style is strengths-based and encouragement-focused. As well as Adlerian Psychotherapy, she incorporates play therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Art Therapy, Mindfulness, Positive Discipline, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in her counseling sessions. Her primary counseling goals are to connect with clients, offer a safe and calming environment, and help individuals make positive changes in their lives and at school.
