Medicare Open Enrollment is October 15 – December 7, 2025!
Medicare Open Enrollment is the time for people with Medicare to review their health care needs and decide if a different plan may offer better coverage or lower costs for 2026. Using the Medicare Plan Finder, you can compare Medicare health and drug plans, Medicare Advantage, and Medigap policies.
If you’re happy with your current plan, you don’t need to re-enroll—but it’s still recommended to review your coverage to be sure you’re getting the best value.

Extra Help May Be Available
Low-income seniors and adults with disabilities may qualify for Medicare Savings Programs (MSPs), which help pay Medicare premiums and may also cover deductibles, copays, and coinsurance. Enrolling in an MSP can free up money for other necessities like food, housing, or transportation.
